Dr. Koby Sarubin graduated from the University of Maryland School of Dentistry, earning his Doctorate in Dental Surgery.
Dr. Sarubin focuses on comprehensive dental services, including general dentistry, teeth whitening, Invisalign, crowns, bridges, dentures, root canals, extractions, and implant restorations.
Dr. Sarubin has been nominated multiple times for the American Dental Associations 10 Under 10 Award honoring dentistry’s rising stars. He is an active member of the American Dental Association, Academy of General Dentistry, Maryland State Dental Association, Maryland Academy of General Dentistry, and Baltimore County Dental Association.

Over the course of his career, Dr. Shepley has earned a number of fellowships from prominent organizations, including the American College of Dentists, the International College of Dentists and the Pierre Fauchard Academy. He was a faculty member at the University of Maryland School of Dentistry as a lecturer in Dental Ethics from 2009 to 2012. He also has participated in Maryland Missions of Mercy and has been an active participant in the Donated Dental Service Program since 1990.

Hello, my name is Sherri Feathers. I am a certified dental assistant and the office manager. I have had the honor of calling Dr. Shepley and Sarubin’s office my second home for the past 33 years. It has and continues to be my pleasure, along with my phenomenal dental family, to welcome and provide an exceptional experience with providing individual care to each new and existing patient. When I am not in the office, I enjoy traveling and spending time with my husband, daughter, and grand pup Harley May.

I started my journey with the Sarubin team in 2018 and have had the privilege of calling both offices home. My name is Alexandra Feathers. I am a Registered Dental Hygienist. I received a Bachelor of Science in Exercise Science/Allied Health from Salisbury University in 2017 and then attended CCBC to receive my Associate of Applied Science in Dental Hygiene. It will be my pleasure to educate, encourage, and provide exceptional oral hygiene care. In my spare time, I enjoy traveling, reading, and caring for my fur babies Harley, Hudson, and Indy.

Although my education is in the Arts, I have truly enjoyed being a part of a team that helps so many. George and I have 3 wonderful children and 2 precious grandchildren. My name is Karen and I have been a Registered Dental Hygienist for 34 years. I graduated from The University of Mississippi Dental Hygiene School in 1987 with a Bachelor of Science degree. I worked the next 10 years as a Hygienist instructor to the dental students and residents program at the University of Mississippi. I moved to Baltimore in 1996 and have worked in private practice for 24 years. I have 2 kids that attend college in South Carolina. Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my family and my dog.
